In Whiskey Diggins the haves have a whole bunch more than you might expect and the have-nots continue to survive through creativity. Since those glorious outlaw hippy days, the marijuana-growing scene in California quickly changed with legalization. Grow stores were springing up in every northern California town. Parcels of land were being purchased for the sole purpose of growing marijuana. And, with legalization, retail stores emerged. Marijuana dispensaries with a multitude of strains in every form from whole bud to energy bar became commonplace. What was once an illegal under-the-radar cottage industry had evolved into corporate hoop-house villages producing tons of CBD gummies to eliminate grandma's arthritis pain.
