Bishop Washington was called into the ministry in 1977, and many who sat under his teaching considered him to be an anointed master teacher in the word of God. He received his master of theology degree from the Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College. Under the Kingdom of God Apostolic & Prophetic Ministries Bible Institute in San Bernardino, California, he received a doctor of divinity degree and taught Principles of Theology at the same college. For the Love of God is his first novel.
