Finally, the book expounds upon common symbols, themes and motifs found in dreams. This section is not offered as a dream dictionary - as the book makes it perfectly clear that dream symbols are utterly unique to each dreamer - but rather as a catalyst to help one begin to conceptualize the work in a symbolic way. As the author points out the title of the book is about dream work, but it should be approached as dream play to be most productive.
