Fran's involvement with marijuana merely gave the feds a way to infiltrate her life. Regrettably, Fran kept stumbling onto DEA's surveillance until she accidentally hit the jackpot...the government's greatest secret technology. The wrath that followed because of this discovery caused Fran's life to become almost too unbearable to endure. However, she refused to succumb to the abuse and ended up with a most preposterous story that makes one raise the question: Who are the good guys and who are the bad?
