Synopsis "Why Tell the Truth?: The Chess Games (in English)"

As a boy, Phil Castner, a product of corruption and secrets, was sent to an uninhabited island with his father. Eleven years later, he returned to the United States as a student at Ohio State University. In college he excelled as an athlete, a boyfriend, and a businessman earning enough money to start his own company in Chicago after graduation. He grew his company in worth and gained a lot of media attention by giving jobs to the homeless. However, the means in which he gained his wealth are called into question when he has to find the balance between greed, love and ethics. A person in high authority began to intimidate Phil and used him as a pawn in one of his evil schemes, promising to clear his debts in return. Phil takes advantage of the opportunity in order to protect himself and the welfare of everyone around him. He doesn't expect for the secrets that landed him on the island to resurface and effect his decisions. But they do.
