Synopsis "Why Spiritual Warfare (in English)"
Spiritual warfare is the Christian concept of fighting against the work of preternatural evil forces. It is based on the biblical belief in evil spirits, or demons, that are said to intervene with Christians in various ways as long as we are in this Fallen World. When we talk about something that is "fallen," we refer to a person or thing that is morally and spiritually flawed, which falls short of God's standard of perfection. There are two kingdoms contending for your soul, and we are in one or the other. When we were in the world, we belonged to the kingdom of Satan, but when we became born-again Christians, we now belong to the kingdom of God. With this book, I try to help you with how you should go about staying fit to fight in God's kingdom. There is more to Being a Christian than just salvation, and that includes Spiritual Warfare. The two kingdoms contending for your soul irrespective of where you belong; one side will always contend with the other. The stakes are high, the battle is real, and the enemy is mighty. He is stronger, smarter, and more adept at winning this war than we are. But remember, we are in Christ.
