Santa's witty go-to elf, Soggy, enlists environmentalists Timmy, Virginia, Flora Fauna, Lieutenant Scuba, and Randolph the Green-Nosed Doggy to battle Mr. Pollutey and his evil robot, Robotzo. It's kind of like the Scooby-Doo gang and Soggy team up and find themselves in the Land of Oz.
