Ayden is a thirteen year old boy, but he's not just any boy. He's a young wizard at Camp - the school for wizards. All he wants is to get better at his spells, and maybe impress that pretty girl on the other side of the room. Unfortunately for him, the class show-off and the older bullies are making impressing his teacher or the girl impossible. If only he could find a way to demonstrate his talent and bravery. Life for Prince Braydon, the heir to the throne, is not much better. There are no beautiful women in his future either. On top of that, his father, the King, thinks he's a slacker. His tutors, magical and otherwise, think he's spoiled. And he wants all of them to leave him alone. He needs a vacation from the palace and his responsibilities. If only he could travel as a normal person and not as 'Prince Braydon.' Then he might be able to find his true direction in life. Now if he was to sneak away from the castle unnoticed, maybe it would be a real vacation. How convenient that this secret trip comes right as evil forces are planning to overthrow the kingdom. But maybe that was part of the plan all along.
