I have been a Christian for 36 years after being raised in Mormonism. Now I regularly attend my local church of which I am a member.I attended Hope International University obtaining a B.S. in Biblical Studies and an M.S. in Christian Ministry. While studying I discovered spiritual disciplines and felt compelled to share them after experiencing them myself.
