Nel presente studio, con l'aiuto della modellazione di strutture in acciaio in due tipi di altezza 21 metri (struttura a 7 piani), con l'aiuto del software soft SAP2000 ed eseguendo l'analisi statica non lineare (PUSHOVER), le prestazioni della struttura dovrebbero essere valutate in quattro modi di massa, metallo (resa), attrito e sistema a telaio flettente in acciaio senza smorzatore. Alla fine, è stato trovato che nei criteri; a) spostamento del centro di massa della struttura del tetto, b) forza di reazione del pilastro, c) forza di taglio alla base, d) tensione del tetto del primo piano dell'edificio ed e) capacità (diagramma di copertura), in una struttura di 7 piani, il sistema di smorzamento metallico (resa) ha causato il livello di prestazione della struttura in acciaio al livello più alto rispetto agli altri tre sistemi.
