Die industrielle Geflügelproduktion in unserem Land ist einer der wichtigsten und sich aktiv entwickelnden Zweige der Landwirtschaft. Geflügelfleisch macht mehr als 43 % des Gesamtvolumens an Fleischrohstoffen aus und die Nachfrage danach steigt ständig. Dank des Staatlichen Programms der landwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung und Marktregulierung von Agrarprodukten, Rohstoffen und Lebensmitteln für die Jahre 2008-2012 sowie des Zielprogramms "Entwicklung der Geflügelzucht in der Russischen Föderation für die Jahre 2010-1012" hat sich der Anteil von Geflügelfleisch am Gesamtfleischvolumen bis 2011 im Vergleich zu 1990 mehr als verdoppelt. Dank der staatlichen Unterstützung und der Investitionen in die Branche kann die russische Geflügelproduktion in naher Zukunft exportorientiert werden (Stepanova E.V., 2016).
