Zunächst wird eine Diagnose mittels Krafttest gestellt. Daraufhin werden die Zielsetzung und Prognose festgelegt. Weiterhin wird die Trainingsplanung im Makrozyklus fortgesetzt. Dabei wird der Makrozyklusplan dargestellt. Weiterhin werden Trainingsmethoden, Belastungsparameter und Organisationsformen, sowie die Periodisierung vorgestellt. Daraufhin folgt die Trainingsplanung für den Mesozyklus. Es werden verschiedene Übungen, wie zum Beispiel die Beinpresse und das Rudern an der Maschine, ausgewählt und begründet. Zum Schluss wird tiefer auf die verwendete Literatur "Effekte des Krafttrainings bei Rückenbeschwerden" eingegangen.
