Synopsis "Then Came Tuesday: Remembering 911 (in English)"

I invite you to remember that Tuesday morning. The sun was shining bright. Children had returned to school. Most Vacations were over. It was back to the normal way of life. Off to work, school or whatever chore you had for that morning. Suddenly our way of life changed forever. Many lost their life that morning. Leaving a deep hole in their loved one's heart. Little did we know many, many more were to die just for helping at that site. Our country was ever so ready to stand together on 9-11-01. Every home had a flag flying, as groups of people we gathered together as one. Some did fund raisers other held prayer meeting. We were attacked. We needed to understand yet, we could not find any reason for this horrible act. As you look at the pictures presented in this book the smoke was still billowing. We cried for months on end. Our home land was soiled. Each has their own theory about how or why. Truly none of that matters. Take a close look at the people helping, I wonder how many are still alive. As families we have lost loved ones because the chemicals burning in the rubble. Remember united we stand divided we fall! They are some powerful words. Please treat them with honor! Seventeen years have come and gone. We are more divided today then any time in reason history. Still we are the most generous people on earth. When one area has a disaster, we move right in to help. Stop letting the media tell us different. No matter Blue or Red it is the Peoples House. It belongs to all of us. The time has come for we the people to stand up. Not in violence nor boycotting, rather lifting each other up. There is plenty of reason to complain, but much more reason to rejoice. A civil conversation must be had without name calling and anger.
