It tells their story through a Narrator. The Story Teller was almost like a mystery writer as he uncovers and reveals an exceptional family. We applauded the fortitude and endurance of this multi-generational family as they fought to keep their dignity and pride during those times in the racial segregated South. We then saw the Family contribute to the New American South.
