Born with a severely sluggish heart, Kian Knights has lived a limited life. After undergoing a heart transplant he fails to wake up for an unknown reason. Her attention is swerved one day when Kian Knights vies for her heart. She befriends him out of sympathy but the closer she gets to him, the more cowardly she becomes when she's dragged into his difficult world. And at last, Mino is finally ready to notice her but her faith in a relationship is steadily folding.
