Nach einer kurzen Begriffsdefinition wird zunächst die wirtschaftliche und soziale Relevanz des Themas Entrepreneurship betrachtet. Im Anschluss daran betrachtet die Seminararbeit den theoretischen Hintergrund der personenbezogenen Einflussfaktoren in der Biografie eines Unternehmers. Im zweiten Teil dieser Arbeit werden diese Einflussfaktoren in der Biografie des Entrepreneurs Jeff Bezos identifiziert und anschlie end erläutert. Abschlie end wird sich in einem Fazit der ausgehenden Fragestellung gewidmet, ob Entrepreneurship erlernbar oder angeboren ist und wie man die Zahl der Unternehmensgründungen in Deutschland wieder steigern kann.
