The Responsible Me! is inspired by Lil Ray's journey of embracing his responsibilities. It is about a young boy reconciling his identity by taking accountability of his decisions and actions through accepting and actualizing his daily responsibilities. It is as much a message to youth of the importance of being responsible, as it is the same message to parents and role models who will read this book with their protégé. The book is for children between the ages of 3 - 12. However, the message reaches people of all ages. The purpose of the book is to help children understand the meaning of responsibility!
