The Psalms in the New Testament is a study of various Psalm quotations in the New Testament with addition material on the Psalms, their structure, history, theology, themes, and use in worship. The Psalms are more than exquisite and emotional expressions of our faith, they reveal the foundation and unity of our theology. They show that our New Testament beliefs are rooted in the Old Testament. Our Judeo-Christian faith is ancient, yet just as relevant today as it was thousands of years ago. The focus is upon seventeen specific Psalm quotes to show the wonderful theology in the Psalms, which fully merges into the New Testament, especially in the area of Christology. Like them, we meditate upon well-known verses to see the wonderful works of God.
