Synopsis "The Lost Medallion: A Leslie LaRue Mystery (in English)"

Leslie LaRue, an author and native of Louisiana moves to the French Quarter in New Orleans where she hopes to get inspiration, without interruption to write a novel. She soon finds mysteries lurk in every corner as she explores the world around her including Annabelle, a lawyer and her landlord, and Sidney, a man with whom she finds attractive but very elusive and full of secrets. Annabelle eventually shares some disturbing news taking Leslie down a path of unknowns. As the relationship between Leslie and Sidney evolves his real purpose for being in the French Quarter is revealed putting Leslie in danger. Her journey leads her to a couple Sadie and Joe who introduce her to an in-home movement of Christians satisfying her innate beliefs while the mysteries in her close-knit world bring fear in the form of a voodoo culture.
