While Jamin and Azrikam and Boa had made it to the end of the first Jeriel Road, they soon learned they had to continue if they truly wanted to reach the land of the amad. Part 2 continues their journey with the same adversary faced in part one. Only his power has grown and the two he faced in part one are very fearful of his hold over them. In part two Jamin is still the one who listens though for a while she forgets. Once she remembers, the travel isn't quite so tedious. They meet Enoch who helps them yet he isn't with them long and once more they are on their own. Learning to listen once more is the thing that helps them on their path.
