He has facilitated curriculum for various universities as a professor teaching Information Technology, Project Management, Information Systems, and business courses. Dr. Wiggins currently serves as a Strategic Business Advisor supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Federal Government, and corporate industry in the areas of Portfolio/Program Management. Dr. Wiggins has a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Acquisition and Procurement, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Information Systems. He enjoys vintage automotive restoration, woodwork, skiing, golf, reading, listening to jazz music, and spending time with family.
