In Return of the Flutterbee, Jana and Jamie are tasked with voyaging to a distant and mysterious island to retrieve a hive of flutterbees, a magical insect that could be the key to peace between humanity and dragonkind. In The Last Embers, the series comes to its conclusion as the ancient dragon Ceredos is consumed by the power of his ancient ancestors and is driven to seek revenge on humanity.
