Its end, referred to as Menopause, ushers in other monumental changes in the lives of many Women. Some of these changes are so intense that they can alter a woman's personality. This can affect her social functioning beginning at home and work place. The First Lady, in her busy schedule, is often left alone to face the hormonal storm raging inside her body. Everyone expects her to hurriedly learn to manage herself and navigate the complex world around her. She is often judged harshly when she stumbles and falls. The menstrual cycle causes her to lose blood every Month. This may cause her Anemia, a medical condition that is characterized by; poor concentration, headaches, dizziness, weakness, getting tired easily, reduced mental capacity, low immunity, poor wound healing, poor appetite, lethargy, fainting, heart failure, poor oxygen delivery to body organs, poor skin health, poor performance in her demanding role as First Lady.
