This is a realistic fictional work about a vivacious young lady whose name is Lizzy. Lizzy, who narrarates the story, takes you the reader through her life experiences that travel from her early childhood days to her mature adulthood era. As the story opens, Lizzy introduces her parents and tells how they fell madly in love with each other when they were just kids. Her parents grow up, get married, and have six children together, all of whom were girls; Lizzy being their third oldest child. Lizzy can remember her fantastic childhood days which included her schooling at a Catholic institution. She can remember how her father's mother, her grandmother, played a prominent role in molding her life as she was growing up. She remembers sailing through her childhood days with bright and shiny stars, however, when adulthood arises she encounters a multitude of problems. Her number one problem being saddled with mental illness. Lizzy tells about her challenges and obtacles that she encounters as she progresses through adulthood. She unravels her down low experiences with mental illness. Her mental disorders become a way of life once she becomes a young adult. Lizzy explains how her sparatic behavior patterns affected her life. She discusses how she bounced around from higher education institutions and how she constantly changed her major. Lizzy tells of her employment history and how it progresses and declines. She has a list of different boyfriends from all avenues of life. She explains how she adored and loved them all regardless of how her relationships evolved. Her last love interest and significant other, Sweetpea, sweeps her totally off her feet, gives her hope, and introduces a new found focus on her life.The book ends by Lizzy defining how Sweetpea influenced her amazing life.
