Only Lady Marmsey knows how to decipher the message and discover the true nature of the threat to these sceptred isles! The threat in question is nothing less than a diabolical plan to unite the German states under the leadership of Baron Gunter Von Munchaus (grandson of the famous Baron Munchausen) and launch an attack on London using giant dirigible troop carrying balloons built a hundred years ahead of their time by the young genius Victor Frankenstein.
