Up to date, the impact of many variables on the success of M&A have been examined. Business evaluation is related to processes which would ensure efficient handling of the causes of M&A failures researched so far. The main objective of this book is to present a Worldwide Business Evaluation Model for M&A, as general as possible, listing all the involved parameters, and to assess the variables according to its grade of impact in each case, to be used in every industry and country. The author, a ResearchGate top cited author, after decades as CEO, Executive Director and Board Member at locals and multinational firms, served also as an independent consultant for several companies, the Ministry of Foreign Commerce of Equator, and investment funds. Participated in M&A processes in Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile and the United States. Member of the Association of Corporate Advisors & Executives, AACB Business Education Alliance, and the International Alliance of M&A Advisors.
