It seems crucial to set up, with decision-makers and donors, a reforestation campaign to combat poverty, natural disasters, flooding, erosion, landslides, water quality, biodiversity and the ecosystem. So, we need to put in place; building standards to be respected, avoid building in high-risk areas, use communication technologies to spread information, education and awareness among vulnerable populations, converge towards a reforestation policy with technological tools, promoting ecological modernization techniques and energy transition.
