Synopsis "Tale of Dragonfly, Book IV: Spring to Summer (in English)"
The fourth book of the five book series, Dragonfly Saga Part I, begins where book three ended. In book one, Dragonfly was initiated by fire after his first great change; in book two, he traversed madness in the cold night of the desert; and in book three, he journeyed across the great ocean to new lands. He has come face to face with death, loss, and isolation again and again. Now, he must face the very thing he can never fly away from, his own self. Dragonfly and his traveling companions are preparing for the next phase of their journey into the cradle of life. As a colossal storm threatens to tear them apart and take their very lives, Dragonfly will be presented with Three Trials, by the end of which, the question remains to be answered: will Dragonfly regain the power of his wings and fly once more, or will he fall? Upon this continued odyssey towards remembering, Dragonfly will encounter more animal guides imparting treasure troves of wisdom and experience from ancient and modern psychology, ideology, and mythology. Tale of Dragonfly holds true to its essence of part fable and part magic-in its quest for truth and meaning in the exploration of life and death.
