Es wurden zwei neue Serien synthetisiert: (E)-2-Benzyliden-N-(2-((5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)thio)acetyl)hydrazincarboxamid /(E)-2-Benzyliden-N-(2-((5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)thio)ethanethioyl)hydrazincarboxamid (OS1 bis OS18). Diese Verbindungen, die aus 5-Phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-thiol, Thiosemicarbazid (TSC) und Semicarbazid (SC) synthetisiert wurden, sind lebenswichtige Funktionalitäten, die ein breites Spektrum an pharmakologischen Aktivitäten enthalten und eine gro e Bandbreite an therapeutischen Eigenschaften aufweisen. Die Struktur der synthetisierten Verbindungen wurde durch Spektraldaten bestätigt und auf ihre antibakteriellen und antimykotischen In-vitro-Aktivitäten gegen Pilze, grampositive und gramnegative Bakterien untersucht.
