Street hooligan John Fetaccini goes about his idyllic existence with his offbeat live-in girlfriend, Cora. He spends his days between shaking down money from bet-welchers for his gangster boss and making sure things are running well in his neighborhood. However, he's disillusioned that he can't seem to do a thing about his life heading nowhere fast. When punks working for a rival crime kingpin gun down John's boss, he has little choice but to take command of operations.
