Traumatized and hospitalized, Margaret cannot understand what has happened, or why her own family does not believe that she is not alone in her own body. Decades later, an investigative reporter interviews Margaret, seeking to uncover the source of the unexplained deaths occurring in Stonyford. Murdock and his team learn of the original investigation of Wanda's murder by the local sheriff and two police detectives, but they find there are more questions than answers. Why do the residents of Stonyford appear unconcerned with the many deaths of their neighbors and family members?
