Spirituality is associated with the meaning and purpose of human existence.human being; therefore, spirituality promotes positive feelings such as optimism, hope andoptimism, hope; that facilitates the individual to overcome adversity; in turn, the person is able to feel love and compassion for others, the person is able to feel love and compassion for others. On the other hand, for Rodriguez and Honores (2016) humanized care is the constant, unconditional and attentive expression of the nurse when interacting with the patient, is to contribute to the recovery of their autonomy, independence, is the concern and effort to achieve maximum physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being; to achieve this well-being are necessary understanding, acceptance, tolerance, therapeutic communication, active listening, creating a bond of help where thoughts and feelings are reflected in the actions that are performed
