Synopsis "Spellbound (in English)"
For high school senior Damitri, things finally seem to be looking up. Invited to skip school with Laura, the purple-haired girl of his dreams, he can't wait to see what kind of fun and mischief the day brings. But when the pair sneaks off into the woods, it's not long before their adventure takes an unexpected turn. Damitri and Laura, targeted by a mysterious man with a clock around his neck, are instantly transported to an unfamiliar place-a place where people look and speak like the ones from home, but with some major differences. Many of them have animal characteristics and most also have some type of special ability, such as controlling emotions or manipulating light. As they're introduced to a whole new realm of magical mayhem, the duo begin to learn why they were brought to this other world-and the tasks they must complete before their adventure is through. Meanwhile they'll have to maintain appearances in the "normal" world, which proves to be quite the endeavor when dealing with hovering parents and demanding teachers!
