In 3026, we believed we had control over the 3rd generation of Cybers, using them to aid in criminal investigations that involved jurisdiction conflicts between various planets. All was well until Military Advisor Joseph, aka J-17, acted out against his programming, killing a high-ranking dignitary from Parasus during an investigation.
