The author takes a balanced view throughout, between the needs of the seniors and their families on the one hand, and those who work with seniors to make a living on the other hand. About the author Roger Henri Trepanier is now in his 26th year of working with seniors, principally as a ministry. At one time, he seriously considered being an administrator in a caregiving facility and obtained a two year certificate in Long Term Care Management. This is the author's eighth published work.
