It is probably the most brilliant idea I have ever heard of (talking slow cooking, I mean). Basically, you tuck the paper towels in the lid of your slow cooker, to avoid the moisture getting on your cakes. But be sure to use thick paper towels, to avoid it falling apart into your cake!
