Living in a small quiet town, she persevered to get her GED later in life. Through her struggles in her adult life to ensure her sister was not forgotten and received the justice she deserved, faith was a mainstay to see her through. Now retired due to medical reasons, the author enjoys people and their stories, reading, being outdoors, traveling, and life itself.
