Delilah and Annabelle inherit Grandpa's raggedy lodge. They love the place, but with business dead and facing a killer mortgage, they fear losing it. Samson and his two pals help restore it. They begin to operate it as a B & B. This pulls in gobs of guests. Years ago, Grandpa went off to war and rented the lodge out. The renter turned it into a whore house. The ghosts of a religious lunatic and the two girls he murdered haunt the place. The weird lights and sounds that fill the nights give the guests both chills and thrills. Some believe it's the work of ghosts, some don't. The mystery deepens when Annabelle's dirty rotten husband, a live creep, kidnaps her.
