Synopsis "Ruminations from a Statehooder: Puerto Rico USA (in English)"

I am a statehooder, proud to be American and believe in statehood for Puerto Rico. I sympathize with the position of the Republican Party and condemn the Castro-Chavez Socialism of the XXI Century. Nor am ashamed of my American citizenship, nor deny what I believe, because for me is that is just and we deserve for being the oldest colony in the world. This book is about my study on the issue of statehood for Puerto Rico, expressed in the blog Estrella 51 (Star 51), that I write since 2009, three years ago I do daily and has been well received to my satisfaction, because it is visited by people from around the world who think like me, and others... not so much. Ruminations from a Statehooder are my analysis and a review of the issues for which has passed Puerto Rico in recent years and their struggle for becoming the 51st state of the United States of America, issues that in the diaspora has an opposite sense and I wonder, why? if coming from our compatriots who enjoy statehood but oppose those living on the island can obtain that status. All my comments and opinions are based on facts, history and the truth. I include quotes from personalities in the Puerto Rican and American Society to defend my analysis because we need to know how the opposition thinks in order to understand their postures. I hope my message and concerns find understanding about a topic that creates great divisions, hatred and separation of families seeking a better future and that is why they move to the United States, as well as millions of immigrants from around the world seeking opportunities well we could have on the island if we change our colonial status and of course the collective mentality that keeps us so far behind and therefore lack of progress.
