Selena Santiago, whom created the CARM technological devices for her friends, takes on a matter of her own after rescuing long lost family friends. Unaware that she was trailed by one of Kane's men, Selena travels to the countryside and sees Penny McGinnis. She and her adopted younger brother were hidden and protected against Andrew Kane and his men. Penny had a traumatic and sadistic story when her parents were killed by a poacher. Life was very hard for 12-year-old Penny. She had a Bald Eagle named Kira and a California Condor named Adam. Those birds belonged to her parents as companions. After a confrontation with one of Kane's men, Selena takes the McGinnis kids to her hideout base and introduced them to her friends. Seeing what Penny was capable of doing, her animal companions, Owen wanted Selena to make Penny a member of their team. She may be a lot younger, but she was a really clever girl, capable of outsmarting those poachers. Now with Penny, Andrew Kane and his men won't stand a chance with.
