This book deals with the reforms of the Gabonese education system, in particular the question of the obstacles identified in their implementation. To talk about it, the author proposes to analyze the implementing texts resulting from the orientation law governing the reform of examinations and competitions, the implementation of which led to the strike of teachers and students in November 2013.
