DeSoto, U.S.M.C., disappears in the Middle East, his wealthy grandmother becomes Special Island Investigations' first client. Primrose puts together his old team from 'Nam: Toms, McPotts, and Slipps, and with the unofficial help of Colonel Easy, they manage to get into Iraq only days before war breaks out.Colonel Easy has a favor to ask in return for his help: a supposedly "piece-of-cake" mission to root out a cell of international terrorists before the war starts.
