A decade has passed since Jeremiah Drake's parents have gone missing in the metropolitan city of Orcaseye. Despite his efforts over the years, no trace of them has been found, and he's all but given up hope of ever finding them. However, he soon discovers that he isn't the only one who's had loved ones vanish without a trace. His investigation leads him to an unlikely suspect - the city's own government.
