Synopsis "Now that I have the kids, what should I say to them? What should I do with them?: A fathers guide on what to do when your kids, who do not live with y (in English)"

I got the idea to write this book when my friend Karen told me that her ex-husband Dick, who was in the military, came to pick up their daughter, Koko and he said, "I have no idea what to say to her or what to do with her." I realized that there are a lot of men who would like to spend quality time with their Kids but do not feel equipped to communicate or share their life experiences. They feel limited by poor relationships with their ex, anger, long distance, limited time, limited money, military commitments and ignorance of their role as a father. Most fathers in America do not live with their kids. As a result, they are clueless about how to contribute to their kid's life experiences. Fathers tend to either give up on trying to understand their kids or become an " ice cream dad". Neither of these conditions serves the child. This book attempts to help fathers understand their roles even though they do not live with their kid. It summarizes the developmental challenges that kids go through at each age, the differences between boys and girls and what fathers need to do to be firm, fair and consistent. Military fathers would love the resource guide that gives 160 activities to do, rationale for the activity, the time required and the money required. With this book, no father would ever say they do not know what to say or do. Check out videos of my actual discussions with my son about topics such as manhood, money management, stress management, relationships and even the birds and the bees. Listening to my talks with my kid can help start the conversations with your kids. Moms, this is a great gift to give your ex.
