As they seek explanations for the desires that captivate them, Dr. Steve offers his theories on a range of topics, from diet to acoustics, from anthropological theories on human evolution to the effect of pharmaceuticals on sexual performance. At Dr. Steve's table, the outer limits of carnal possibility are examined in their opposition to contemporary morals. As the evening concludes, Dr. Steve unveils the heart of his theory-the concept of "Novel Prehistoric Sex," which he believes has the evolutionary root that explains the welcoming of pain into human sexual experience by even the most evolved human beings.
