We are faced in this time of our history to change again, within Constitutional bounds, to overcome our fiscal, economic, and moral dilemmas. We have a social contract with ourselves, our neighbors, our government. In that strength, we have grown to be a great force in the nations of this earth. Pray that we shall remain to do so.
