Th¬is work is based on the philosophy of physics, using fundamental concepts of both subjects (physics and philosophy), being mathematics unnecessary and outside of its scope. A great event arises when this new conception of the universe explains the features of quantum physics. For the first time it is contended that the universe is also a physical system of existence. It is the first time that the formulation of a theory includes the classic ages of time as part of a single physical phenomenon.
