In this book of prayer we take a Franciscan view of simplicity- keeping it to the seven days of the week and the three Hours of the day. We do not differentiate from common days or Holy Days, but instead see each day as a Sabbath for contemplative prayer. On a saint's feast day you may add special prayers to your liking. Our goal again is simplicity and the hope that simplicity will lead to blissful prayer and awakening to God.
