Series 3 (Dictation and Sentence Analysis) follow Series 2 (Vocabulary and dictation).This workbook, along with the three workbooks in this series (3a, 3b, 3c), will cover all of the 62 phonetic sounds necessary to learn French. The teacher, remember is be able to exactly say each of the words and phrases to the students.This workbook utilizes the same 62 phonetic sounds as Workbook 1. For each phonetic, there will be a word or phrase for the teacher to say and child to hear. At the same time, the child will be able to view these phonetics in colorful pictures and then write (cursive) the word or phrase. These materials are presented to the child progressively, such that the phonetics that were grasped in the previous level are re-utilized at the next level.The complete series (Workbooks 1, 2, 3) will allow the child of 6 years old and beyond to learn the basics of the French language; the vocabulary of reading, writing, and spelling; and associated grammar and verb conjugation.We hope that these workbooks respect the needs of both right and left handers.
