Es wird analysiert, wie Arbeitnehmer- und Anteilseignerinteresse konstruiert werden und welche Formen der Zusammenarbeit zu beobachten sind. Dabei entfaltet sich eine Typologie von vier Umgangsformen, die unerwartete Blicke in die Aufsichtsratsarbeit gewährt.
